You, the pros, you’re welcome! The ReMIX Hotel is in La Villette in the 19th district of Paris, an area that in just a few years has become a key business centre. Coworking, meetings, seminars, conferences, or trade fairs, La Grande Halle de La Villette, the Paris Event Center and the Cité des Sciences et de l’Industrie are now at the epicentre of professional meetings and international business activity.

 

Many of our guests choose us for their business trips. It’s only natural that we’ve set aside a whole section of the hotel for events in general and business activities. We have designed two dedicated areas for different working environments, with a coworking space and meeting rooms for up to 120 people. Here’s what we have to offer.

 

  • Coworking areas : you will love again to work

 

Our coworking space could well become your 2nd office! Whether you’re working alone or with your favourite colleagues, we’ve got a nice, comfortable, quiet place to work in the best possible conditions. We provide high-quality WiFi (of course), secure lockers and as much coffee (real coffee!) as you like.

 

Co-working does not necessarily mean co-listening or co-hearing!
Do you need peace and quiet, but also the chance to talk to your colleagues or customers on the phone or by video? Try out our Screaming boxes, where you can get away from the noise for some and talk in complete confidentiality by turning up the volume for others.

The hotel’s location, right in the heart of La Villette and the 19th district, in a dynamic and dense business hub, makes our coworking spaces the place to be for professionals, whether they are hotel guests, visitors passing through for a trade show, between 2 meetings or regular teleworkers.

Covering 700 m², ReMIX offers 9 modular rooms and 2 banqueting areas, with a maximum capacity of up to 120 people, depending on the configuration of the room and the type of event you are planning.
All the rooms are air-conditioned and soundproofed, and can be fully adjusted to suit your needs, whether you’re organising a cocktail party, a meeting, a seminar or even a conference.

 

Whatever the size and capacity of the meeting room, from the 30 m² Freddie room to the 98 m² Bowie room, all are equipped with a screen, a projector (to project onto the screen), a whiteboard and wifi. The comfortable, functional furniture will also adapt to your needs. In the pure spirit of the ReMIX Hotel, the chic, hangar-style decor emphasises the working atmosphere, while adding a touch of jazz.

 

Our meeting rooms can adopt as many configurations as there are types of professional events. U-shaped for a business meeting, classroom-style for a training course, theatre-style for a conference or presentation, separate tables for a banquet or open space for a cocktail party, anything is possible and can be envisaged.

 

The rooms are on the upper floors, served by the lift so you don’t forget anyone, and we’ve got some surprise facilities in reserve for you! In the large shared areas you’ll find a giant baby-football table, a snooker table, a pinball machine, an arcade game and cosy lounges for a moment of relaxation and fun between two work sessions. What better way to encourage people to meet and build team spirit?
